Buyer deposits are held in an independent solicitor's trust account. ExitMax Sales does not receive or hold trust monies. This provides clarity and protection for all parties.
All offers are handled in writing. Buyers are informed of process, timelines, and decision points. Consistent criteria are applied when considering offers.
